Surely I am not the only one to think that it’s just a little odd that EVERY SINGLE time they switch scenes on Laguna Beach, the producers feel the need to remind us who everyone is with little captions on the screen. As if we’ve forgetten since we saw them in a scene 6 minutes ago? And not only do they remind us their names, but also their relationships to the other people in the scene with them. “Deiter Stephen’s friend”. Oh, and then in case you forgot who Stephen is… “Stephen”. Yeah, thanks MTV, never would have figured that one out.
