cheesy goodness

Work has been kicking my arse in a very big way this week. Aside from the marathon conference call the other night, I've been in meeting after meeting after meeting fighting and discussing and arguing and pondering and contemplating vendor contracts. It's completely exhausting and results in days like today where I consumed nothing but half a bag of Cheetos for lunch. And we're not talking about the little 25 cent snack size bags but the big 10 oz. bags of "cheese flavor snacks" that I love. However, if you look at the size of the bag, half that bag is a LOT, and I spent the rest of the afternoon being ill. Luckily since I didn't even start consuming them until 3pm (yes, so not only did I not eat lunch until 3pm, I ate Cheetos as my lunch) it was only a few hours that I had to sit at work being ill from the amount of artificial cheese powder coating my insides.

Yeah, so the Cheetos debacle was just a sidebar to the fact that I now can barely even muster the energy for tv. But in an attempt to maintain even the smallest bit of normalcy, I did tonite FF my way through Dancing With the Stars to at least see who was competing this season and whether or not I cared about any of them. I literally did FF through a two hour premiere in about 45 minutes or less though, so who knows if I missed something good. No clue who half these contestants even are, so it's just not all that fun. BUT, that being said:

Joey Lawrence is bald now and it's just weird because he doesn't even look like Joey and I can't get the image of Joey from the show Blossom in 1991 out of my head.
Sara Evans - A country music star of some sorts apparently. boooooooring.
Tucker Carlson - Journalist/News guy with no moves whatsoever. dork!
Monique Coleman - Actress in High School Musical, which I'm not familiar with, but my niece is a HUGE fan of, so I feel like I have to give Monique a chance.
Emmitt Smith - Legendary NFL player. You can't not love having a football player in this competition, especially when it's a big black football player. I love it!
Willa Ford - who?
Mario Lopez - Haha, AC Slater! He looks exactly the same. And he can actually dance!
Shanna Moakler - former Miss USA. She looks kind of like a porn star. i'm just sayin'.
Harry Hamlin - Husband of Lisa Rinna who competed last season. I will say that I am going to semi-root for him for the sole reason that I love his dance partner Ashley because she is just the cutest little thing ever!
Vivica A. Fox - pretty much the only female contestant I even know, so by default I like her moves.
Jerry Springer - HAHA! Okay you can't tell me it's not just plain ole hysterical that this guy is in this competition.

So while I was at it, figured I'd FF through the results episode as well and just like that... bye bye Tucker Carlson! That was too easy.
